Graduate Recruiter, Sport Broadcast & Media.
Location: Brighton & Hove (Hybrid). Part-Time, 2–3 Days Per Week.
Sport media is one of the most commercially dynamic sectors in the world right now and its changing faster than almost anyone can keep up with.
Streaming platforms are dismantling traditional broadcast models. Digital-native sport media brands are building serious audiences from scratch. Rights deals are being struck with platforms that barely existed five years ago. Social-first content is reshaping how fans consume sport entirely. And behind all of it, clubs, broadcasters, agencies, and platforms are all racing to find the senior leaders who can navigate what comes next.
Thats the market we work in.
ICP Search is a specialist executive search firm focused exclusively on sport, broadcast, and media.
We identify and place senior leadership talent, Directors, Heads of, C‑suite, across broadcasters, streaming platforms, sports agencies, rights holders, and the media technology companies changing how sport is produced and distributed. Were building our Sport Broadcast & Media practice right now, and were looking for a graduate to grow with us.
