RoleProfile
You will be working as part of aneffective HR team and to assist in
providing acomprehensive, professional service to managers and employeesand
associated companies.
You willhave the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of HR includingrecruitment from
placing internal and externaladvertisements, liaising with recruitment agenciesand
arranging interviews, carrying out pre-employmentchecks, to liaising with internal and
externalcandidates.
You will manage the new starterprocess from the offer stage through to induction andsetup,
maintain and update new and existing employeedetails using the company HR system.
You willhandle maternity, paternity, and parental leave procedures andqueries and
administer other HR processes such astraining, performance management, compensation
andbenefits, and leavers.
You will assessincoming issues and their priorities and anticipate information oractions
required to ensure the other members of the HRteam are kept up to date on all
relevant issues and thatthe efficiency of the HR department ismaintained.
In addition to your HRresponsibilities, you will be involved in facilitiesadministration.
This is a fast-paced andcrucial role within a busy HR department offering ownership and theopportunity to get involved in projects and initiatives, whilstdeveloping your HR knowledge and skills.

CandidateProfile:
Highly organised, efficient, andpossesses excellent client liaison skills.
Educated to adegree level, ideally, you will have previous experience as an HRAdministrator
in a financial services environment.However, this is not essential if you havestrong
administration skills and can demonstrate therequirements outlined below.
You will have excellentorganisational skills, lots of initiative, and a proactive approachto work. Strong attention to detail and competency in using MSOffice applications is essential.
Youroutstanding communication skills and ability to handle confidentialdata in a
professional manners areparamount.
You must be committed to achievingresults of a high quality and be confident andadaptable
in a busy environment. You will be capable ofand enjoy working in a small team.
