We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base and showcase why thousands of businesses trust Moneypenny to answer their calls, chats, and customer enquiries.
About the role:
Proactively self-generate leads and build a healthy pipeline
Run discovery calls that get to the heart of client needs
Present tailored People + AI solutions with confidence
Build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals
Use CRM and digital tools to track, optimise, and deliver results
Represent Moneypenny at events and in the wider marketplace
About you:
A proven track record in B2B new business sales
Strong solution selling experience (CX / SaaS / services ideal)
Confidence in presenting and influencing at senior levels
Tech-smart mindset and strong organisational skills
A proactive approach to networking, prospecting, and social selling
