Learning Support Mentor required in a Secondary School centrally located within Smethwick.
Are you experienced in supporting pupils with additional behavioural needs? Do you enjoy supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in groups?
The Headteacher and wider Leadership Team wishes to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Pastoral Mentor to provide 1:1 support across Key Stage 3 & 4 pupils who have additional behavioural needs and SEN needs. This role will include working in partnership with the SENCO and wider school team.
The successful candidate will work in supporting the pupils in engaging with their learning and social and emotional development. This will be a full-time role from September 2025 until the end of the academic year.

- Behaviour Mentor – Key Stage 3 & 4
