I am currently working with a leading regional contractor. Theyve asked us to source a Site Manager to work on an education extension scheme in Greater Manchester. This is a long-term freelance position offering circa 6 months work.
Site Manager Requirements/Reasons to apply:
* We are looking for an experienced Site Manager who has taken new build projects from commencement to completion
* Youll need to be IT literate and confident completing relevant H&S documentation, inductions etc.
* Youll need to hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid & ideally a CSCS Card
* Although youll be supported by an experienced team, we are looking for somebody with the experience and confidence to lead the site on a day-to-day basis
This role is due to commence in the next fortnight, rates are negotiable but likely between the £250.00 - £280.00 a day mark.
