Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming communications Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels Coordinate meetings, including room setup and refreshments Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and building management Maintain cleanliness and organisation of communal areas Provide general administrative support including data entry, document formatting, and filing Monitor office maintenance issues and coordinate resolutions Ensure compliance with basic health and safety procedures Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Friendly, professional, and confident working independentlyThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming team.
