Are you an experienced Site Manager ready for your next challenge? Our client is looking for a motivated leader to take ownership of a site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional service delivery, and continuous improvement across the cleaning management.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and takes pride in delivering high standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading by example and promoting a culture of professionalism and excellence
Acting as the key point of contact between clients, service partners, and on-site teams
Overseeing and monitoring service delivery standards, ensuring agreements and performance measures are consistently met
Managing suppliers and contractors to guarantee smooth, cost-effective operations
Keeping on top of budgets, compliance, and audit requirements
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to deliver outstanding results
Managing staff performance, training, and HR processes to create a motivated and effective team
Responding promptly to emergencies or unexpected issues as they arise
