Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will be a valued team member committed to delivering customer service that exceeds our customers' expectations. You will make each Stoneacre customer feel valued, accompany them on their journey to find their next car and contribute towards making Stoneacre the Number One Motor Group.
* Utilise your expanding knowledge of our manufacturers' vehicles, features and characteristics to match the right customer to the right car.
* Maximise sales opportunities by recognising, processing and following up sales prospects with an enthusiastic ‘can do' attitude.
* Contribute towards business sales objectives by achieving your individual sales expectations – the sky's the limit!
* Build and maintain unparalleled relationships with new and existing customers to maximise future sales opportunities.
* Communicate with our customers with integrity and transparency, enhancing the customer experience – professionalism is always your top priority.
* Raise the profile of the Stoneacre brand by delivering a consistent 5-star service.
Qualifications
* You will have fantastic people skills and thrive working in a customer‑facing environment.
* You will be results‑driven with the desire to succeed.
* Even if you do not currently work in the motor industry, you must already have sales experience.
* You will have the ability to work well under pressure – your people skills will help you overcome any challenge that is thrown your way.
