Location: Lancashire (Overseeing multiple hotel locations across the North West )

About the Role:
As the Cluster Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the HR function across several hotels, ensuring seamless HR operations and a positive employee experience. You’ll collaborate closely with the Group HR Manager and hotel General Managers to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, foster a strong company culture, and drive performance across the cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across all hotels within the cluster.
2. Support the Group HR Manager with HR project work and influence HR innovations across the group.
3. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
4. Lead training, learning, and development initiatives, driving engagement and performance.
5. Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
6. Champion the company’s values and promote career growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
7. Strong experience in HR management with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and team development.
8. Previous experience in hospitality (ideally hotels)
9. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
10. Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and key stakeholders.
11. A natural leader who can inspire and motivate others, with a hands-on, proactive approach.
12. Flexibility to travel between hotel locations within the cluster
