About the Role
:
To provide a proactive, customer driven service to HRBP’s Mears Branch Operational Network, Legal Team, Payroll, Pensions, Employees etc, by inputting HR data & associated documents onto HR data base & producing standard documentation and reports in an accurate, consistent and timely manner.
The successful Administrator will have Strong IT Skills, have previous admin experience and be a team player. You will contribute to
1. Provide accurate, timely and efficient HR administration
2. Maintain and promote data security, quality and integrity, working within the parameters of confidentiality, within GDPR and Employment law principles at all times
3. Deliver high quality HR service within a high-volume service within agreed HR KPIs and SLAs
4. Identify and raise more complex HR issues to the appropriate person within the wider HR Team
5. Utilised and record all task requests via Service Now to assist in effective processing across the team and allow for escalation where appropriate
6. Produce and issues accurate standard documentation including contracts of employment, changes of terms and conditions, payroll instructions etc.
7. Build, develop and maintain effective relationships with internal customers across all of the business
8. Work with HR colleagues and other business functions to ensure effective HR Administration tasks are completed for effective service delivery
Key Criteria:
9. Proven experience of working within a fast paced, high volume operational administration environment
10. Familiar with working in confidential environment
11. HR Administration experience
12. Ability to communicate at all levels with people from varying backgrounds both orally and in writing
13. Strong IT skills including excel and Word
14. Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines
15. Excellent customer service skills – experience working with and providing a service to internal and external customers; strong verbal communications skills; ability to work to tight deadlines; a proactive approach to resolving problems and queries.
16. Ability to use initiative to resolve issues and identify and develop a solution based outcome.
