ACR are currently working alongside a well-established Main Contractor based out of Kings Lynn, delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments across the region. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in refurbishment, snagging, and refresh works to join our team.
This role will focus on managing refurbishment projects, end-of-project snagging programmes, and property refresh works, ensuring all units are delivered to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage refurbishment, refresh, and remedial works.

Oversee snagging programmes and ensure timely close-out of defects.
*
Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure works are completed safely and on schedule.
*
Maintain strict Health & Safety standards on site at all times.
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
*
Conduct quality inspections and ensure works meet company and NHBC standards where applicable.
*
Support handovers and ensure properties are fully complete and customer-ready.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within a main contractor environment.
*
Strong background in refurbishment, finishing, and snagging works.
*
Excellent eye for detail and quality control.
*
SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid qualified.
*
Strong organisational and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
