Madison invests in secondary transactions and focuses on existing properties and portfolios in the U.S., U.K., and Europe. Role Description
Madison International Realty is seeking a full-time Investment Analyst to join our London office. The Investment Analyst will be responsible for evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities, performing financial modeling, conducting market research, and providing in-depth analysis to support acquisition decisions. This individual will support the Investments team in all aspects of the deal process in all asset classes including industrial, retail, multifamily, office, data centers student and senior housing.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related financial field, with exposure to deal execution, financial modeling, or investment analysis
Or be a recent graduate with strong academic credentials from a top undergraduate business program, preferably with a major in finance, economics, real estate
Advanced Excel skills. Familiarity and experience with word processing, research databases such as Argus and other computer applications
Strong interest in real estate, finance and investment management, as demonstrated through internships, work experience, and classroom work
Willingness to work long hours and travel domestically and internationally as needed to support the firm's investment and sourcing activities (as safety regulations allow)
Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team setting both in person and virtual environment
Demonstrated comfort using approved AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Enterprise) to improve drafting, research, analysis and workflow efficiency- paired with strong judgement, verification habits and adherence to data-handling rules
