Brook Street (UK) Ltd is on the lookout for a motivated and skilled Band 3 Administrative Assistant to support our healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care.
This full-time position offers a six-month contract with the potential for growth in your administrative career.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm
Rate of Pay:
* £11.67 per hour, with weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you will:
* Provide essential administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing waiting lists, and maintaining organised filing systems.
* Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding all information related to service users and professional staff.
* Efficiently manage referrals for the multi-disciplinary team using Trust systems and databases.
* Maintain accurate patient records, oversee stock supplies, and assist in generating required statistics.
Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
* A minimum of one year of administrative experience.
* Five GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above.
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous!
