At Allstaff, we partner with leading organisations across Construction, Mechanical, Concreting and Warehousing sectors to deliver quality workforce solutions. Due to ongoing growth and project demand, we are seeking reliable and motivated Labourers to join our clients on various sites across the Northern and Western suburbs.
As a Labourer, you will work closely with tradespeople and site teams to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of projects. These roles require a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Duties
* Assisting trades and site personnel with general construction, assembly or fabrication
* Operating hand and power tools in a safe and competent manner
* Preparing and organising materials, tools, and equipment to support daily tasks
* Operating forklifts where licensed and assist with the unloading and distribution of materials
* Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards across the worksite
Successful candidates will possess the following
* Previous experience in a hands on environment
* Forklift Licence (highly regarded but not essential)
* Current Driver’s Licence with reliable transport
* White Card (required for Construction & Civil roles)
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions
* Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labour tasks safely
