Our client is currently looking for an experienced and driven Quality Manager to join our team and lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems across the business.

What skills & experience do we require?
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Management
* Experience developing and managing Quality Management Systems
* Strong understanding of ISO standards (ISO9001:2015 preferred)
* Internal Auditor qualification (preferred)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Key Responsibilities
* Review and benchmark the existing Quality Management System against industry standards
* Develop and implement an effective Quality Management System across the business
* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and sustainability regulations
* Lead internal and support external quality audits, including preparation and closeout
* Work with procurement teams to communicate quality standards across the supply chain
* Manage non-conformities (NCRs), including root cause analysis and corrective actions
* Maintain document control systems and procedures
* Monitor quality performance and produce reports to identify improvement areas
* Review policies and recommend improvements and implementation plans
* Provide training, tools, and guidance to teams to achieve quality standards
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent quality delivery
* Ensure the business maintains a strong competitive position through quality excellence
