Cavendish School is part of the DfE School Rebuilding Programme, involving the redevelopment of our sports centre. This is a school-based role, working at Cavendish School with regular visits to other schools.
Responsibilities
Lead the Trust’s building projects, including planning and development to enhance premises across the Trust’s schools.
Lead health and safety for the Trust, ensuring all statutory and compliance requirements are met across schools in accordance with strategic plans.
Manage the site staff across all school sites and be a valued team player.
Serve as an excellent communicator and negotiator, liaising with school staff and contractors.
Lead contractual services such as grounds maintenance and serve as the Trust’s lead on environment and sustainability plans.
As a full-time position you will receive an annual leave entitlement per year and join a team of dedicated and hard-working staff.
