You will be an excellent communicator and be able to build relationshipswith personnel across the organisation quickly. You should be able todemonstrate knowledge of operational activities and their practical applicationin the workplace.
This is a varied role where the successful candidate will need to beable to multi-task, have excellent planning and time management skills, be ateam player and be prepared to move seamlessly from one task to another, inwhat is a busy environment.
Key Tasks:
8. The processing into employment of client's care teams
9. To ensure documentation is processed and recorded correctly and is in compliance with HCD policies/ CQC and GDPR
10. Process leavers and archive in line with GDPR
11. Provide support and HR advice for all of HomeCareDirect enquires
12. To be responsible for DBS documentation across the company
13. To raise any queries or concerns relating to criminal disclosures
14. To be responsible for updating and maintaining the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set
15. To issue ID badges
