CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management located in Chester, United Kingdom.
Role
* Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems.
* Repairs floor & wall coverings.
* Responsible for other building maintenance & installation works as required.
* Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, filter changes AHU’s / FCU’s and basic plumbing requirements.
* Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
* Oversee and liaise with contractors across site.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs.
* Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance.
Working Hours
* 8am – 5pm (Monday to Friday)
* Overtime available.
Experience Required
* Experience in a high-profile work environment.
* Previous fabric experience advantageous.
* PC literate.
* Good customer relationship skills.
