Role Overview | Tūnga Tirohanga
As the Service Quality Manager, you will coordinate and facilitate pathways for people supported into and out of the Intensive Support Service stream. You will liaise with external stakeholders including funders, whānau, and specialist agencies.
You will be the initial contact for all referrals, ensuring all requirements are met by funders/referrers. You will participate in multidisciplinary meetings for all individuals in the Intensive Support Services and will be responsible for completing 3-monthly scheduled service reviews and other internal audits as required.
You will work with Regional Managers of the Intensive Support Services to ensure compliance with all processes within the Intensive Support Framework.
This role supports a national team.
Qualifications & Experience | Uara me ngā Wheako
* Experience in a service delivery or operations role, preferably within health/disability/social or community sectors
* A passion and expertise for working collaboratively and developing others' skills
* Strong organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
* Understanding of the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and their application
* Ability to travel and work autonomously
