The Role:
Build a brand-new blockchain protocol from the ground up
Design and implement consensus mechanisms (PoS, PoA, or novel alternatives)
Develop low-level code in Rust, Go, or C++
Create tools and APIs to support validators, wallets, and ecosystem developers
Perform code reviews and contribute to protocol optimisation and security
The Person:
Good years of blockchain development experience, ideally at protocol level
Strong coding skills in Rust, Go, or C++
Deep understanding of distributed systems and consensus design
Familiar with cryptographic principles and secure key management
