Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career, earn serious commission, and fast-track your professional growth? This could be the perfect role for you.We’re launching a brand-new sales function at HMA Tax – and we’re looking for ambitious, driven graduates to help build it from the ground up.You’ll be one of the first 5 people on the team, starting out as an Outbound Sales Executive and playing a key role in shaping the culture and success of this exciting new department. You’ll learn everything you need to know about sales, develop high-impact communication skills, and start earning great commission right away.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Making outbound B2B calls to business owners
* Building rapport and promoting our tax consultancy services
* Booking qualified appointments for our Business Development Managers
* Spotting new business opportunities and growing your pipeline
* Managing your prospects via our CRM system
* Learning how to sell, negotiate, and close like a pro
Who We’re Looking For:
* Recent grads or final-year students ready to start in September 2025
* Confident, ambitious, and proactive personalities
* Great communicators with a hunger to learn and grow
* Previous sales experience is a bonus (B2B or B2C), but not essential
* Must be based in or near Bolton – this is an office-based role
