The Job
9. Our customers’ experience starts with YOU! So whether we are helping people to buy or sell their home, you will need to make them feel welcomed and looked after as soon as you meet them.
10. Assisting to successfully present and negotiate offers and helping where necessary to progress and manage sales
11. We provide a Premium Service so you could be prospecting for new properties to sell, arranging viewings or booking appointments for the additional services we supply such as mortgages, conveyancing etc.,
12. Most of the time you will be in the office generating new business but if you are the type of person who also likes to be out and about, then the viewings will probably be the best bit of the job for you!
13. If you list then you are the perfect person as occasional valuations will also be part of your role
The Person
14. You will need some get up and go together with pace, passion and enthusiasm!

The Package
20. Basic Salary: £22, (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months)
21. On Target Earnings: £30,
22. Car Allowance:£2,
23. Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off) – Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30, Saturday 09.00 – 17.00
