Role Overview
A global technology organisation is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to provide coverage for a six-month period during the second half of 2026, ahead of the start date of a permanent hire already confirmed for January. The role carries primary responsibility for European employment law matters, supported by a broader international remit, and reports directly to the General Counsel.
Key jurisdictions include Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and Poland, with the German remit involving engagement with an active works council.
This is an advisory role with no litigation responsibility. The successful candidate will provide pragmatic, business-facing employment law counsel and coordinate with local counsel across relevant jurisdictions as required.
