We are looking for an experienced Site Manager/Supervisor to supervise all site-based operatives and oversee all aspects of their work, making sure they are undertaken within the current codes of practise to a high standard.
You shall be overseeing operatives and their work, carrying out safety inductions, tool box talks, controlling quality of work and ensuring method statement/Risk Assessments are completed. You will make sure all materials used, including those by sub-contractors, are compliant with technical and quality specifications, kept clean and tidy while upkeeping the plant and facilities while maintaining accurate records of all work carried out.
Requirements:
1. Electrical Bias / 18th Edition OR HVAC with F-gas
2. Facility Management / FM background
3. Knowledge and understanding of CDM regulations.
4. SMSTS Certificate (must obtain/have).
5. Substantial experience in supervising the full life cycle of FM projects.
6. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
7. Ability to drive projects forward and maintain high standards of work.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome barriers efficiently.
9. A strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
