Reporting to: Customer Support Manager
Job type:Full time(Any time between 6am 7pm), Monday to Friday
37.5 hours to be completed per week. Additional hours may also be required on both weekday and weekends.
Job Purpose:
You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries relating to products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales team. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve challenging sales targets.

Win sales orders while ensuring that the maximum values are obtained for the company as part of the quoting and sales process
Support the achievements and growth of Aerospheres sales goals and objectives
