Company Overview: My client are a dynamic commercial real estate group comprising three distinct businesses. With an expanding footprint and a focus on high-quality delivery, they're now looking to strengthen our marketing function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and creative Marketing Executive to join a growing team and gain exposure to a wide range of marketing activities. You'll work across three businesses, supporting campaigns, digital content, brand development, and events, while gaining hands-on experience in both B2B and corporate marketing environments.
Assist in the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, print, social).
Create and edit content for websites, social media, brochures, presentations, and internal communications.
Support the management and development of the company’s digital presence, including website updates and SEO.
Design marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers (designers, printers, event companies).
Support the execution and promotion of company events, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
Track, report and analyse marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
Assist in managing the content calendar across all platforms.
Conduct competitor and market research to inform campaigns and positioning.
Help maintain brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints.
1–3 years' experience in a generalist marketing role, ideally within B2B or property-related industries.
~ Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – especially InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
~ Some experience in content creation – written, visual or video – for web and social.
~ Good understanding of digital marketing principles (email, social, basic SEO).
~ Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
~ Proactive, creative thinker with a “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn.
