Are you an experienced and driven Site Manager looking to work for an industry-leading luxury developer in the Midlothian area?
We are pleased to present a first-class opportunity within the housing and property market. This Site Manager role is crucial to the developer as they expand their team in Auchendinny. It offers a promising opportunity for anyone in the region to showcase their talent with this well-known company.
Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, typical day-to-day duties will include:
1. Managing all site activities daily.
2. Driving the program and delivering quality products for customers.
3. Providing excellent customer service through walk-arounds and handovers with clients, along with regular liaison with the Clerk of Works.
4. Ensuring health and safety standards and NHBC regulations are followed on site.
5. Mentoring the Assistant Site Manager proactively.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
1. A proven track record in delivering new build construction projects.
2. Strong management skills with confidence in liaising with relevant stakeholders.
3. Up-to-date CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates, with knowledge of NHBC Regulations.
