The Role :
Generate leads to convert into new members
Conduct tours of the health club to prospective members
Complete follow up calls to prospective members
Membership system administration including direct debit rejection calls, annual renewals and general enquiries
Follow all membership joining and administration tasks to a high standard, ensuring attention to detail
