HR Administrator (Maternity Cover) April 2024 We are seeking an HR Administrator (Maternity Cover) from April 2024 until April 2025, to provide an effective and professional service to the Human Resources Department. This is a varied role, which will include the accurate processing and recording of employee documentation, general filing, answering phone enquiries, requesting and providing references and the administration of the HR database. Experience within HR is not essential, however a strong administration background is required. The ideal candidate will have experience of working to a good level with Microsoft and SharePoint packages. Exposure in a high-volume work environment is advantageous. Excellent communication, written and organization skills are essential. Strong IT literacy is paramount, as is the ability to apply complete discretion whilst handling private and confidential information.
