The Vacancy
WPS is seeking an experienced Site Manager with strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom contract processes to join the team working on social housing properties within our planned division.
The role will involve working across multiple locations, with approximately 60% of time spent in Coventry, and the remainder across the Hereford–Worcester corridor and Birmingham within any 12‑month period.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record with H&S competencies working for tier 1 & 2 contractors capable of managing approximately10 installations per week. including daily opening and closing properties. Strong competency in reading drawings is essential, along with the ability to identify, manage, and ensure defect‑free installations in line with an established and proven delivery model. Site manager preferred with a trade background.

1. Minimum Gold CSCS Card / Black CSCS preferred.
