As an Internal Recruiter, your role will include:
Early Talent Programmes
Screening candidates for our graduate and apprenticeship programmes
Liaising with apprenticeship providers
Working closely with the Head of Talent to ensure smooth people processes and a seamless candidate experience
Headhunting
Supporting our growth by headhunting consultants and engineers from entry level up to Director across eight offices
Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
Engaging with passive candidates and industry networks to attract top talent
Support general recruitment administration across the business
