We’re partnering with a high-growth fintech that is entering a critical scale phase and plans to double in size this year. To support this growth, they are hiring a Global Head of People Operations to design, lead, and embed a scalable, compliant, and high-quality people operations model across all regions.
This is a senior leadership role focused on building structure, consistency, and capability, moving the organisation away from reactive HR and towards a manager-enabled, globally standardised operating model.
The role
You’ll have end-to-end ownership of the global People Operations ecosystem, including People Ops, Payroll, Mobility, and governance of local HR delivery. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure people processes are fit for scale, compliant across jurisdictions, and simple for managers to use.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and implementing a global people operations operating model
* Owning HR policies, processes, and governance, balancing global consistency with local legislation
* Leading the shift to manager self-service through clear guidance, toolkits, and training
* Executive accountability for global payroll, mobility, ER oversight, and people risk
* Building and leading a high-performing People Ops function with clear ownership and decision rights
* Owning the HR technology and data roadmap to support insight, efficiency, and growth
About you
You’re an experienced People Operations leader with a strong track record of building scalable HR operating models in high-growth or international environments. You’re comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels and bring a structured, pragmatic approach to people governance and enablement.
You’ll likely bring:
* Senior experience across People Operations / HR Operations in a multi-country environment
* Strong knowledge of payroll, mobility, compliance, and employee relations governance
* Experience enabling managers and reducing reliance on HR for day-to-day activity
* Confidence partnering with senior leaders and influencing change at scale
