Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Location: North Leicester
Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year, plus bonus, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to lead our clients' internal sales and customer service team. This hands-on role involves both managing the team and actively participating in daily operations. Key Responsibilities as the Customer Service Manager
1. Keep our customer service and sales team running smoothly every day to deliver excellent service.
2. Manage efficient order processing, lead times, and delivery expectations keeping the customer front of mind at all times.
3. Manage the customer service and internal sales inboxes within the designated turnaround time. Ensure CRM records are up to date and actioned accordingly.
4. Lead, coach and inspire our customer service and internal sales teams.
5. Take responsibility for departments processes and procedures and liaise with Management teams to make continual improvements.
6. Monitor team performance and create reporting procedures to senior management.
7. Collaborate with other departments like sales, marketing, and procurement for a smooth customer experience.
8. Look at customer touchpoints to spot trends and find ways to improve the experience.
