We are looking for a leader to join our team. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the store and leading a team of colleagues.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Coaching and developing your team's capabilities
* Ensuring the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational
* Managing stock accuracy and customer satisfaction
* Deputising for the Store Manager as needed
You will also be responsible for introducing new products and services in the store, working closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback.
We are looking for someone who has excellent people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. You should also have strong organisational and problem-solving skills, and be confident in working alone in a store environment.
