We have recently won some new business and, as we continue to grow, we're seeking an exceptional Area Catering Manager to strengthen our catering team and ensure the continued success and sustainability of our business.
The role
You will lead up to 25 Chef Managers, supporting Chefs and their teams to deliver outstanding catering and hospitality service, compliant with all aspects of food safety standards. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on performance, people management, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
Lead and support Chef Managers and catering teams
Manage budgets, productivity and financial performance
Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and ISO standards
Drive service improvements, innovation and customer satisfaction
Oversee recruitment, training, performance and attendance
Build strong relationships with schools, stakeholders and partners
About you
You will have:
Catering Management / Craft qualification (HND, City & Guilds or equivalent)
Food Safety & Health & Safety Level 3 (or equivalent)
Proven multi-site catering management experience
Strong leadership, communication and financial management skills
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
