This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing business within the construction industry. Due to continued success and growth, our client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their busy Belfast Head Office.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in an office administration or similar support role
* Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Clear communication skills and a professional phone manner
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
* Positive, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic
* Willingness to assist with sales and purchase ledger duties when required
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting finance with sales and purchase ledger tasks when needed
* Answering telephones and responding to emails
* Arranging employee travel, including flights and accommodation
* Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets and company records
* Processing paperwork and handling sensitive data accurately
* Typing letters and correspondence as required
* Performing general office and administrative duties
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm
