Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
We're looking for an inspiring
Customer Service Manager
to lead a fast-paced contact centre in Birmingham. You'll manage a team of Team Managers looking after a dynamic call centre, driving performance, shaping the customer experience, and building a positive, high-energy culture.
The Role
You'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, keep performance on track, and be the go-to person for escalations. By coaching and developing your managers, analysing KPIs, and driving process improvements, you'll make a real impact on both customer satisfaction and business success.
What You'll Bring
Experience managing a busy inbound call centre.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing managers.
Confident communicator, commercially aware, and solutions-focused.
Adaptable, resilient, and skilled at motivating large teams.
