Due to continued growth, the contractor is seeking a Number 1 Site Manager to take full responsibility for a new build social housing development in Swansea. This is a full project lead role, overseeing all on-site activities from start through to completion, ensuring the scheme is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high-quality standard. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be the main point of contact on site. Key responsibilities will include: * Full responsibility for site management and delivery * Managing subcontractors, labour, and materials * Driving health, safety, quality, and programme performance * Managing budgets and reporting progress * Coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams * Ensuring compliance with building regulations and NHBC standards * Maintaining site records and documentation This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking to lead a high-quality residential scheme with a contractor offering long-term stability and progression
