Anderson Knight is currently recruiting for an HR Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client based in Lanarkshire. This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of £25,000 and a flexible hybrid working model. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR systems Assist with recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and offer letters Support the onboarding and induction of new employees Respond to general HR queries and escalate issues as needed Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Proactive, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it would be advantageous but is not essential What’s on Offer: Permanent position with a salary of £25,000 Hybrid working pattern (mix of office and home working) 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Discretionary annual bonus Supportive and collaborative team environment Pension scheme and access to additional employee benefits
