About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Document Automation Developer to join our dynamic global team. You’ll play a vital role in automating complex legal and financial documentation for high-profile clients in the capital markets space, using cutting-edge document automation tools.
If you're fluent in JavaScript (SmartDX experience is a huge plus), have a strong understanding of structured products or derivatives, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment—this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Template Development: Build and maintain automated templates for legal and financial documents (term sheets, final terms, etc.) with absolute precision.
* Client Interaction: Act as the go-to contact for client communications, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and project updates.
* Code Quality: Ensure all templates meet the highest legal and financial standards—accuracy is everything here.
* Debugging & Problem Solving: Tackle technical issues quickly and effectively, using strong logic and debugging skills.
* Team Leadership: Support or lead a team of developers—assigning tasks, reviewing work, and managing timelines.
What We’re Looking For
* Education: Degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Experience: 4+ years in a software development role, ideally within financial services or legal tech.
* Languages & Tools:
* JavaScript (essential)
* SmartDX (highly advantageous)
* TypeScript (nice to have)
* Familiarity with production/live environments
* Communication: Native-level English fluency—written and spoken (IELTS >7.0 / TOEFL >100 / CEFR C2 level).
* Industry Knowledge: Experience working on structured products or derivatives.
