We're looking for a Customer Service Manager to join a successful and growing business in Worcestershire, overseeing a skilled team of engineers and office staff to deliver outstanding service to all of their valued customers.
Responsibilities:-
* Driving revenue growth through an effective sales and service process.
* Championing our exceptional customer care across the industry.
* Managing workshop and mobile service engineers, ensuring top-quality repairs and servicing.
* Leading an internal support team to deliver excellent core services.
* Increasing parts sales by proactively supporting customer needs.
* Visiting customers as required (full UK driving license is essential).
* Managing KPIs, reports, budgets, and departmental targets.
* Continuously improving service levels and operational efficiency.
Requirements:-
* Strong customer service experience in commercial vehicles and/or plant hire.
* Proven leadership skills in managing customer-facing teams.
* Ability to drive sales and service improvements.
* Hands-on approach with a passion for customer satisfaction.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and strong administration skills.
They would be managing a team in the workshop/ on the road engineers alongside office employees.
Based in Worcestershire. Full time, permanent working - no remote working.
The package is dependent on experience and will include:-
* Competitive Salary- negotiable based on experience
* Basic Hours - 37 hours a week- Monday- Friday
* Annual Leave - 25 days plus bank holidays
