We are working with a leading mixed secondary school in Camden recruiting for a permanent HR Manager for an ASAP start. This is a senior support staff role reporting directly to the Director of Operations.

The Role You will lead the HR function, managing a small team to deliver a high-quality personnel service.
* Start Date: ASAP (Full-time, Permanent)
* Key responsibilities include:
o Employee Relations: Providing expert advice to SLT on complex casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and capability procedures.
o Strategic Recruitment: Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring the school attracts top-tier teaching and support talent.
o Policy Development: Reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with the latest UK employment law and DfE guidance.
o Compliance: Maintaining a robust Single Central Record (SCR) in line with "Keeping Children Safe in Education" (KCSIE).
* Salary Range: £40,317 – £62,496 (M1 – UPS3 equivalent)
