About Our Client
A well established and respected organisation are looking to recruit a full time HR Manager on a 12 month FTC. Based in Bristol.
Job Description
As the HR Manager, you will play a central role in supporting the business across the full employee life-cycle, ensuring efficient HR operations, compliance with employment legislation, and delivery of key strategic initiatives. This is a hands-on, varied role requiring a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused individual. You will be the first point of contact for the business, supporting a range of HR activities and projects.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager will:-
3. Ideally be CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualified
4. Have experience of working in an autonomous HR Manager role
5. Understanding of current UK employment legislation
6. Excellent attention to detail
