About the role:
Based at Central Star Autohaus Brighton, you will join a professional and friendly team. Your primary focus will be to provide outstanding customer service while guiding clients through the purchasing process of pre-owned vehicles. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will ensure satisfaction throughout their sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Professionally engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our inventory, including vehicle features and benefits.
* Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle options to align with customer desires.
* Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
* Collaborate with the finance team to present suitable financing options to customers.
* Maintain a robust customer database and follow up with potential leads to encourage repeat business.
* Stay informed about industry trends, new luxury vehicle models, and competitor offerings.
About you:
* Previous automotive sales experience, preferably in the premium segment.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong customer rapport.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* In-depth knowledge of luxury vehicle brands, models, and features.
* Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
