Hours of work 8:30 5:30 Monday to Friday We are working with a leading food management and waste solutions company, who distribute into the hospitality sector. Reporting to senior management, you will Manage the full employee lifecycle e.g. recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance management, and offboarding. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures. Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters Support managers with employee relations issues Lead recruitment activities across the business Support workforce planning and succession Identify training and development Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Support compliance with ISO standards and audits where HR documentation and training records are required. Liaise with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Manage employee benefits administration Advise leadership on organisational development and people strategy Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and efficiency. About you: Proven experience working in a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems. Experience supporting multi-site or international teams. Exposure to ISO standards or regulated environments. Skills: human resources communication IT
