Job Description
3. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
4. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations within the not-for-profit sector.
5. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organisational goals.
6. Oversee employee relations, providing advice and resolution on workplace matters.
7. Maintain accurate HR records and oversee payroll administration.
8. Support line managers with performance management and staff development initiatives.
9. Handle HR reporting and provide insights to improve workforce efficiency.
10. Contribute to strategic HR projects and organisational development plans.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
11. Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
12. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
13. Experience in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
14. Familiarity with HR systems and payroll processes.
15. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
16. A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
