Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to provide strategic and pragmatic advice across UK employment law matters, with occasional involvement in Ireland.
Key Requirements
* England & Wales qualified lawyer with 6+ years PQE.
* Strong expertise in employment law, negotiation, and drafting.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
* In-house experience and exposure to cross-border work preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on employment law issues for internal stakeholders.
* Support and oversee litigation and pre-litigation matters.
* Manage employment law projects and contribute to global initiatives.
* Provide guidance on outsourcing, post-merger integration, and collective consultation requirements.
* Stay updated on legal developments and contribute to internal know-how.
