Salary: £25,185 – £25,989 per annum
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice HR Administrator to join our fantastic central team at Prospere Learning Trust.
Key Responsibilities
 * Join the Trust central HR Team to provide excellent support to our schools, enabling us to recruit, develop and retain outstanding staff to provide exceptional education for all students.
 * Work closely with staff across our schools and the wider HR team, based in our central support office in Wythenshawe.
 * Customer‑focused support throughout the employee life cycle, including heavy involvement in the recruitment and onboarding process, managing HR data and compliance.
 * Use a range of pre‑employment checks to ensure candidates are appropriately qualified and suitable for the role, supporting safer recruitment in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance.
 * Create, maintain and update staff records ensuring accurate information is stored to support HR Officer and reporting.
 * Manage the HR inbox and handle calls from internal and external stakeholders.
 * Develop knowledge of routine HR procedures to ensure all processes are compliant.
 * Operate relevant ICT systems including Arbor and Office 365.
 * Take appropriate responsibility and action for safeguarding, maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience working in a customer‑facing role or recruitment or HR setting is essential.
GCSE Maths and English required.
Apprenticeship Details
Full training will be provided to complete a Level 3 programme in HR Support. The course includes online learning, onsite assessment at work, tutorials and training activities, and the completion of a portfolio for assessment.
Progression: Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is an opportunity to be appointed to a permanent post as an HR Administrator. A work‑based tutor will guide you to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours.
