Salary: 27k-30k DOE + up to 40% of your salary in commission
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent - Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

The Role:
* Generating qualified appointments for the New Business team
* Speaking with key decision-makers within target organisations
* Qualifying leads and updating CRM systems accurately
* Following up marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries
* Sourcing and pre-qualifying new business opportunities
* Maintaining an organised and up-to-date customer database
* Scheduling meetings effectively for the sales team
* Providing daily, weekly and monthly activity reporting
* Sharing competitor and market insights with the wider business
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience within telesales, lead generation or sales
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Target-driven with a resilient and positive attitude
* Strong listening and questioning skills
* Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working within a high-volume sales environment
* Good IT skills including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
