Role Overview: Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic and results-driven team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the sales process for new homes—securing reservations, managing contract exchanges, and driving completions—while setting the standard for excellence in customer experience and sales performance. As a senior member of the sales team, you'll mentor junior colleagues, contribute to strategic sales initiatives, and play a key role in achieving and exceeding business targets. If you’re an experienced sales professional with a passion for property and a strong track record of success, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Sales Performance: Drive and exceed reservations, contract exchanges, and completions in alignment with company KPIs and targets.

Customer Journey Ownership: Deliver a seamless and premium customer experience from initial inquiry through to post-completion, setting the benchmark for service excellence.

Sales Process Management: Maintain high-quality sales records, oversee lead conversion, and proactively manage the full sales lifecycle.

Sales Area Oversight: Ensure the highest standards in presentation and readiness of sales suites and show homes, reflecting the quality of our brand.

Market Intelligence: Monitor and interpret market trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavior to inform strategy and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Team Collaboration & Leadership: Support and mentor Sales Executives, collaborate closely with marketing, site teams, and external partners to achieve collective success.

Strategic Input: Provide insight and feedback on product, pricing, and promotional strategies to enhance market positioning and sales outcomes.

Key Requirements:

Demonstrable success in new homes sales or high-value sales environments, with a proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets.

Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building strong, lasting relationships.

Strong leadership qualities with experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.

Good understanding of the conveyancing process, mortgage applications, and residential property transactions.

Ability to work proactively, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.

Proficiency in CRM/sales systems and Microsoft Office.
